Carmine Iadarola
President
With a distinguished career spanning more than four decades, Carmine has led AquaSan Network since its founding in 1983. As President, he has overseen the development of thousands of acre-feet of water for cities, districts, developers, and industries across the United States and abroad. A respected educator, Carmine has served as an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado for over 30 years and has lectured internationally in India, Ghana, Israel, and at the Copenhagen 16 Conference. AquaSan Network, under his leadership, developed Colorado’s first Water Conservation Plan, and Carmine also founded and served as the first President of the Colorado Water Education Foundation. His peer-reviewed research on empirical water demand data remains a cornerstone in advancing sustainable resource management.
Paige Biskup
Principal
Since joining AquaSan Network in 2013, Paige has played a central role in managing all water development projects. She leads client onboarding, oversees submittal timelines between clients and utilities, and ensures technical materials meet regulatory standards. Known for her adaptability and precision, Paige excels at tailoring strategies to the needs of each development, ensuring smooth coordination and successful outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado.
Richard Kaleb Zanett
Principal
A United States Military Officer since 2015, Kaleb brings a disciplined, analytical, and results-oriented approach to water conservation and demand management. His leadership has contributed to programs that have saved thousands of acre-feet of water for developments nationwide. Kaleb has delivered technical reports and analyses for major developers, utilities, and municipalities, including Google, Hyatt Hotels, Kiewit, Denver Water, the City of Boulder, and the Town of Castle Rock. He has also presented his findings at national conferences such as the Water Smart Innovations Conference and the ASPE Convention. Kaleb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.
Annie Iadarola
Principal
Annie combines a strong background in education, STEM, and project management to bring innovation and structure to AquaSan Network’s sustainability and renewable resource initiatives. Her experience in curriculum design, adult development, and systems analysis informs her work on efficient project planning and responsible resource management. Annie’s ability to integrate data analysis with creative problem-solving supports AquaSan Network’s mission to advance best practices in the water and energy sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics.
Carmine David Iadarola
Board Member
David has worked across the water and energy industries since 2004, developing major solar and wind projects throughout the United States while supporting AquaSan Network’s leadership team in resource planning and renewable energy development. He serves as Of Counsel and sits on the Board of AAY Solar AquaSan Kishangarh and Allied Solar with SolarGen principals. In 2021, David founded 39North, expanding his commitment to sustainable infrastructure. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from Colorado State University.
